Hey there! I’m Dr. Alicia. I was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota and attended the University of St. Thomas where I earned my B.S. in Exercise Science. I aspired to become a physical therapist in a very non-conventional way. I had a long battle with weight issues the majority of my life which I was able to combat through a healthy lifestyle. After feeling the elation of making my body function the way it was intended, I decided to dedicate my life to helping others feel the same sensation of self-fulfillment.
I completed my graduate studies in 2016 at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City, specializing in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. I later made the move to sunny Phoenix when I received the opportunity to work for the Cleveland Indians. My love continued to grow for the profession, leading me to get certified in functional dry needling (FDN) and become a Titleist performance institute instructor.
In my free time, you can find me, my husband, and our golden retriever hiking, golfing, two-stepping, and soaking up the Arizona sun.
