January and February 2023, Elite One Athlete will be hosting workshops every other Tuesday from 6-7 pm at the Foothills Recreation and Aquatic Center (FRAC) in Glendale, Arizona!

Do the things you love pain-free. In this class, you will learn techniques to prevent injury and be able to live an active lifestyle. Whether you are a current athlete or just starting your fitness journey learn lifelong techniques to prevent injury. This class is led by a certified Doctor of Physical Therapy. Elite One Athlete LLC provides a multitude of injury prevention and wellness techniques.  The class meets every other Tuesday. Fee $15 Glendale Residents $20 Non-Residents. Ages: 15+.
